Stuck getting APnonce #197

Hi, I'm on iOS8 trying to upgrade to 11.0.3 my device keeps rebooting on and off each time it gets a new nonce.

before this I got an error that said -20 maybe you forgot "-w" I added it and it worked for a while then it got stuck in the get apnonce bootloop

I'm not sure if this this is where the issue lies but when I type "nvram -p" I have two nonce entries both values are exactly the same however the difference is com.apple.System.... and com.apple.system.

the capital S is the only difference.

I have the same problem, only difference is that I get a single entry when I type "nvram -p".
