img4tool can't get KBAGs on Windows #50

failure on printing the KBAG on boot files: when you execute img4tool -a iBoot.d10.RELEASE.im4p to get a KBAG, it ends in failure, same for sep too.

Note the image is of an older version but the latest version has the same problem
