Adding google chrome program to ghaf

Enabling google-chrome system-wide for apps and standalone usage.

    1. Boot up the device and connect to WiFi.
    2. Open the following applications and check their functionality: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Google Chrome, and trusted browser.
    3. Ensure the Open in normal browser is functional.
    4. Sign in to your Google account in Google Chrome and send tabs from another device that is already signed in to that account.
    5. Confirm that bookmarks are synced to your Google account in Chrome.
    6. Try to access webcam through google chrome or the apps

Note: Google Chromecast feature does not work as a known issue
