How to send SMS to new number?

How can I send SMS to a number that I haven't got SMS yet, thus no chat in Matrix available yet?

It would be cool to have a list in the App to select a contact from the phone book to open a room. There could also be an input field for a phone number.

In my opinion there should be an option to send messages from another client to the bot. The bot would have 3 commands: help, list, new <number>.

• help - displays help
• contacts - displays contact list fetched from phone
• add - adds new contact with that number and name

I suggested for making phone calls to send "Call" to initiate a phone call to that contact. Maybe something like "SMS Contact Name" such as "SMS Mom" or "SMS John Doe" or 'SMS 18002223333" will be a good way to start a conversation with another contact or number.

To send an SMS to a new phone number: create a new room with your sms bot and set the room topic to the phone number! Could be great to have a easier way though.
