[FEATURE REQUEST] Extend Functionality to all notifications #57

I'd like to suggest extending the functionality to encompass all notifications coming to a specific device, not limited to SMS.

This functionality exists within NotifyRelay: https://github.com/no-go/NotifyRelay Albeit over SMS or XMPP.
