a note on Signal #74

I don't have this issue, Android 8.1.0 LineageOS 15.1 for Bullhead. Signal is my default SMS app. I switched between signal and the default messaging app and both seem to exhibit the same functionality, at least for me. Could be a difference between android versions?

guessing it's an Android 6 issue ....but.. who cares about android 6 anymore. Let's me delete this.
