1 year ago As per my understanding i am listing down key points below, Let me know if i am missing anything
- Need to add customisable design modal in onboarding flow, where user can select theme along with a primary color. let's assume this modal will be show up just after user selects his/her language.
- This same design modal will be available on home page to edit theme and toggle dark mode (not sure if we want to consolidate these 2 options into a single options like change theme).
- Completely remove current update theme flow from homepage.
Can you assign this to me ?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's a pity some people get put off by the default peachy-pink theme when we can have all kinds of options.
Describe the solution you'd like Add an easy theme selector to the onboarding flow. The current theme selector is not appropriate for a first-time user being onboarded. Maybe there should be two choices ; dark vs light mode + a primary color choice.
The light/dark mode should be based on new designs from @Tushar-4781 where the background is mostly white or black depending on the theme.
Finding a good solution to this could mean resolving #1167 and #1166 at the same time. The same interface used here could/should be re-used in the Theme switcher popup.
Describe alternatives you've considered Accept we're "losing" the first impression based on looks and focus on the target segment/niche. This is not acceptable as we're primarily targeting couples right now and often they have opposing taste... Losing a big part of the niche when we can accommodate for it in the onboarding is not ok.
Additional context Be careful not to show actual previews of the app as user testing has proven that people think it's the actual app - and then abandon because they can't read it or zoom in and try to tap on the image.
