Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's very annoying when you want to remember a bunch of code snippets, or instructions, and you can't really do this without using an external app.

Describe the solution you'd like Whenever you add a Goal title starting and ending with ```

• Show a copy icon instead of the Goal circle
• Disallow 'going into it' - instead copy the text inside the ``` to the clipboard
• Show a toast message with the first 15 characters (+ '...' if a cutoff is needed) + ' copied!'

Describe alternatives you've considered Use a link to an external notes tool. This is an extra click.
I also do agree we should focus on the core of ZinZen.me - and not turn it into a Word processor - as well as use/link to external apps when convenient instead of re-inventing the wheel. This seems like a pretty good fit with simple lists to do things.
