Use ffmpeg on Fedora #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Build webcamstudio from source on Fedora 20
2.Try to record, capture came or desktop (or anything that uses avconv)

What is the expected output?
Use ffmpeg instead of avconv or, at least, give option to choose.

What do you see instead?
avconv is used

The Operating system you are using (Linux, Windows etc)?
Fedora 20 64 bit

What version of WebcamStudio are you using?
Latest version in svn

What version of Java are you using?
1.7 Oracle

For OpenSuse also, I will put this in the ToDo list.
Not so much time so it will be delayed ... but i think i will do it.

Hi lordofbazuks,
 i try to implement FFmpeg in this testing jar:

You can choose FFmpeg instead Avconv an all streams that use avconv ("BkEnd" 
Menu), and there is a button on the top bar of WS to switch from AVconv to 
FFmpeg for the Outputs (Record to File, UDP Out, ...)
