Cleanup all properties files in src/webcamstudio/externals/*

[GoogleCodeExporter]

All *.properties files in src/webcamstudio/externals/* should be cleaned up 
(probably should look like the one 
src/webcamstudio/externals/linux/sources/webcam.properties ?):
- removing all unneded entries
- removing all not working entries
- leaving two sections only: for GStreamer and for AvConv. 
- migrate all old ffmpeg entires to avconv
