1. Earnings Notifications
Purpose: Inform users about their earnings, cashback milestones, and cashback window updates.
Examples:
- "Congratulations! You've earned $10 cashback." (I am pretty sure that Kard has this built in to their API. Make sure to check during the scoping.)
- "You're just $5 away from your next cashback milestone!"
2. Reminder Notifications
Purpose: Remind users of expiring cashback windows, incomplete actions, or deadlines.
Examples:
- "Heads up! Your cashback window expires in 2 days."
- "Quick tip: Scan your recent purchases and unlock more savings."
- "Link your 7-11 account to earn more!"
3. Offer Notifications
Purpose: Highlight new offers, exclusive deals, and opportunities to earn more cashback.
Examples:
- "Discover new offers at your favorite stores and boost your earnings."
- "We found a deal for you! Get 5% cashback at McDonald's this weekend."
- "New offers available at your Walmart!"
4. Redemption Notifications
Purpose: Guide users through the cashback redemption process. (Not sure if this is something Propel handles automatically @mike-audi I know you had mentioned something about cashing out. Also here is the song "Cashin' Out" by Ca$h Out)
Examples:
- "Your cashback is ready for redemption. Choose your payout method now."
- "Redeem your cashback earnings in just a few clicks."
As a member of the development team, I want to design and implement a compelling push notification UI/UX system to enhance user engagement within the Cashback Connections application. The objective is to create a notification system that effectively communicates with users, reminding them of potential deals, providing updates on their earnings goal progress, and offering tooltips to optimize their payouts. Key goals include:
Notification Types: Define and design different notification types, such as deal alerts, earnings updates, and tips for increasing cashback earnings. Each type should have a distinct and visually appealing representation.
Visual Consistency: Ensure that the notification UI/UX maintains visual consistency with the overall design of the Cashback Connections application. Notifications should be visually cohesive with the existing UI elements.
Interactive Elements: Integrate interactive elements into the notifications. For example, allow users to directly access relevant deals, earnings details, or tips by tapping on the notification.
Scheduled Notifications: Implement a scheduling system for notifications to send them at appropriate times. For instance, deal alerts may arrive when users are near participating merchants.
Localization: Consider localization aspects to support different languages and regions. Notifications should be clear and relevant to users across various locations.
By creating a push notification UI/UX system, we aim to enhance user engagement within the Cashback Connections application. Users should receive valuable information and reminders related to deals, earnings, and optimizing their cashback rewards, leading to a more rewarding and interactive user experience.
