Create the UI for Amount off Products based on the default Shopify options

Discount value
Purchase type One-time purchase Subscription Both
Specific collections
Specific products
Minimum purchase amount ($)
Minimum quantity of items ~- Specific customer segments~ ~- Specific customers~
Limit number of times this discount can be used in total
Limit to one use per customer

Add Summary in sidebar.

On submit it should send the data to the backend to be saved as metadata.

This is pure UI with React and Shopify Polaris UI library. There are follow-up stories on this interface in https://github.com/tiki/integrations/issues/103, https://github.com/tiki/integrations/issues/105 and https://github.com/tiki/integrations/issues/106 that are blocked by https://github.com/tiki/integrations/issues/104 .
