Discount form is not working #107

As a store owner I need to be able to save a discount so that the users can optin to the offer and receive a discount

What it is now

After the new UI update the discount form is not creating a new discount

What it should be

The discount form should create a new discount

Technical details

Debug the POST /api/latest/discount endpoint
