Offer description and image should be configured by discount #43

As a user I want to configure the banner description and image for each discount so that it can follow the campaign's branding.

What it is now

The description and offer image are configured in the app theme block and is the same for all discounts.

What it should be

Each discount should have its own banner description and image.

Technical details

The offer image and description should be set in the discount UI. It would be saved in the discount metafield and loaded in the app theme block.

Acceptance criteria

  1. The offer image and description for the banner is set in the discount UI.
  2. The banner image and description changes if the discount change.
