Configure sentry dashboard for better visualization

As a maintainer I need to create good data visualization about the app errors.

The dashboard should have the following filters and visualizations:

• severe errors by lib
• business logic errors by lib
• sort by occurrence frequency
• sort by age
• filter by release
• filter by platform

Acceptance criteria 1 - New Sentry dashboard with data.
