As a user, I need to have the latest version of the app for great experience.
As a developer, I want that all users have the latest version installed.
We cannot use push notification because they could represent a risk to user privacy.
Sending a local notification on all app updates would be a terrible UX.
We need to determine a policy and a design to notify users not only about app updates, but about anything else that needs to be communicated to all users.
Acceptance criteria?
1 - Policy for user notification and notification flow design.
