Rule & Regulation Amendment (proposals)

  1. The TIKI user will click the link in the TIKI app for the “Rules & Regulations of the DAO”.
  2. If the user wishes to propose a change, they will click on the “edit” link at the end of every section they want to change.
  3. The “edit’ process is where the user is presented with two options Remove will enable the user to propose that the section or subsection be removed from the rules and regulations. This will then be open to a selection by the process outlined below. The proposer will have one text box to complete before the amendment can be submitted for voting. The text box will be for the proposer to justify the proposed amendment. Amend This edit function will enable the user to amend the section or subsection or propose an alternative to the current wording or section or subsection. The proposer(of the edit) will be presented with two text boxes to be completed before the amendment can be submitted for voting. i. There is a box for the proposed edit or amendment. ii. There is a box where the proposer will justify the amendment.
  4. The user will press the submit button. The time the user presses the submit button on a proposal will be the time stamp for the proposal.
  5. This is the only way a user can submit a proposal for selection and if successful, voting.
