TIKI Data Access

We provide users with the opportunity to exchange their data for something that is relevant to them in exchange for sharing their anonymous data. We ensure that the data we collect and share with the buyers and developers about their customers and services always protects the privacy and security of you, our users.

Data Collection and Sharing When you, the user shares their data, you trust us with their information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you, the user in control.

Please review our privacy policy (to be written) to understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it can be updated, managed, exported, and deleted. We do not share users' personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Tiki except in certain circumstances described in our privacy policy. Further, our data access policies (to be written) restrict access to identifiable non-public app data of another developer.

Data Accessibility The data shared with buyers and developers helps them understand users: from how they found a service or product, to how they engage with it, and what they actually pay for.

The data we provide to buyers and developers is aggregated and anonymized to protect user privacy. For example, buyers and developers have access to their apps’ data regarding:

• device information and when the device has accessed our systems, • user activities (such as searches, listing impressions, and pre-registration requests), • user info (such as registered country and language preference) and user-triggered app events (such as installs, updates, uninstalls purchases)

Buyers and developers also have access to aggregated data to benchmark their performance across an ecosystem. For example, a fast food company could compare user engagement rates against similar fast food providers in the same region. This data is aggregated to protect any single user's performance information from being determined.

If you are not comfortable with the extraction of this type of data, you have the right to withdraw from the service. If you do this, no further data will be extracted by Tiki.

Data Contracts The service offered by Tiki is to help extract and present user data for the generation of insights and analysis. The contract for payment will be between the buyer and developer and the user. Tiki will not be responsible for the billing or payment to the user for this service.
