Purpose The purpose of this document is to create a functional draft that will reduce the amount of work a lawyer has to do to write the Tiki DataMart privacy policy.

At MyTiki, accessible from www.mytiki.com and through our app, one of our main priorities is the privacy and anonymity of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by MyTiki and how we use it.

Log Files Website log files MyTiki follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, MyTiki uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

The Tiki App is collecting data that a user has agreed to be collected. This data is stored on the user's mobile device and is not transferred to any server on the Tiki Network.

The user may agree to allow a third party to access this data for commercial purposes in agreement for a form of compensation.

This data is anonymous and will not contain any identifier of the user.

Privacy Policy Process

1. The user's (seller's)data does not pass through the TIKI servers or network.
2. TIKI records the number of times the company (customer) accesses the user's (seller's) specific data NFTs.
3. TIKI records the time and date of the "use" of the NFT in each instance.
4. The user's anonymous data is transferred to the company's (buyer's) servers directly from the user's (seller's)app.
5. TIKI cannot update, manage, export or delete a user's (seller's) data.

Audit Trail

1. Every data NFT title record begins with an audit trail for that dataset specified by a hashed pointer to the buyer's system.
2. A new license record is created every time the terms change.
3. Records of every transaction are stored as immutable transactions at the edge and are backed up to a WORM (immutable) repository.
4. Every transaction is digitally signed by the user to ensure the authenticity of the transaction.
