Reason

To verify the license we need to get the latest license. To get the license we need the title id.

Description

• Get the last block
• Query the transactions for a title
• Check if the title matches the PTR
• if no title matches the PTR, go to the previous block and repeat

Success Criteria

• [ ] unit tests for title retrieval
