[UI] Implement Markdown UI Library Theme

The markdown UI library used in our project has its own theme to style the components in the markdown. We need to implement the theme that will use the TIKI SDK Theme parameters with the following mapping:

• Strong color: accentColor
• Body color: secondaryTextColor
• Heading (h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6): primaryTextColor

Tasks:

• [ ] Create a markdown theme that is actually applied on the screen
• [ ] Check if the dark theme keeps the same colors/styles
• [ ] Map the markdown theme to TIKI SDK theme colors (or injected values from constructor see #237)

Acceptance Criteria:

• The markdown UI library is updated with the new theme specifications.
• The strong color is applied to bold text.
• The body color is applied to the main text.
• The heading colors are applied to their respective headers.
