Update TIKI SDK iOS to use the same APIs defined in TIKI Trail 3.0 and the Platform Channels APIs defined in https://github.com/tiki/tiki-sdk-platform-channel/issues/18

This issue is to go through all the necessary updates and create the required GH issues for updating.
