The location of uploaded asset

I set up a new asset volume. Its file system path is; /Eligibility_Letter

It can be downloaded from Craft dashboard and content page. The URL is like; {SiteUrl}/internal/Eligibility_Letter/Privacy_Statement.pdf

However, I cannot find the uploaded asset in Eligibility_Letter folder. Where the asset is uploaded?

This is probably no longer an issue with Craft v4.
