Try to set open file limit automatically when doing selfcal in LINC target #85

Feature description The concatenation of the full bandwidth requires an open file limit of at least approximately 30,000. It would be nice if the runner would check this, try to set it by itself and warn the user if it fails instead of relying on the user to configure this.
