Add OpenAPI to automated builds #4

Several libraries can do this. Problem is testing and verify it's correct is another step.

Adding issue to track.

Add to build, at least for +extra. Refactored home page to show it.

Validation of RAML was already done. And used same library (that did the conversion) to validate the output. GitHub Action for the build shows the validation
