Report XApp missing correctly #2

If the XApp GI bindings were missing, the error message incorrectly blamed this on the GObject GI bindings being missing. Correct this.

Hi Stuart, Thanks so much for catching that mistake! It totally slipped my mind to add proper error messages. Sorry if that caused any problem when you ran the program.

I'll merge your changes and credit you properly as soon as I prepare a new release.
