Add zh translation #84

I checked in git's translation. They officially translate "sparo checkout" to "稀疏检出". Now, it's been translated to “稀疏签出”.

Shall we follow the same translation? It occurs multiple time across all translation.

mirrored command is not fully translated? It could be 镜像子命令
