Bug fix for making models public and local login #510

The two seperate commits,

  1. Fixes the problem with not being able to make the models public
  2. Enables Local Login for the users. (The usersnames and password are to be added manually, please read the commit comments on how to add users)

This pull-request comprises eight commits, not two. Also there are several issues addressed, which are independent from each other. Please re-arrange your changes into different branches according to issues or features and prepare separate pull-requests for each of those. I tried to figure the workflow and prepared a draft of it here https://github.com/tiku01/oryx-editor/wiki/GitHub-Workflow - please try to follow it and report back if there are any problems.
