@tilbud mentioned that it would be cool to do batch runs using a site-scale digital elevation model as an input, and make an animation for how a whole marsh complex responds to a sea-level rise scenario. I think once we can get the dynamic step of runMemWithCohorts to be able to use a block of super-tidal peat, or upland soil as a starting set of cohorts, doing batch runs with, and animations of a site-level, DEM or elevation transects is not too hard of a lift.
