In this Github repository, you can find a draft of the presentation: https://github.com/MKT-Analytics/legal-situation-of-web-scraping

You can directly preview the presentation in the browser: https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/MKT-Analytics/legal-situation-of-web-scraping/blob/main/legal-status-of-web-scraping.html#/title-slide

I'd appreciate your feedback so that I can further improve it.

Please, share with me any thoughts you have. My particular points of interest are:

  • The format of the presentation: is it the type of quarto presentation you expected?
  • Content: is it detailed enough or would you like more information? Anything missing or not relevant?
  • Examples: shall I also include the examples of won and lost lawsuits and the reasons for their outcome to provide real-life examples?
  • References: FYI I will still properly format the end references (APA style). Are the in-text references in the form of a number enough?

After I receive your feedback, I will finalise the presentation and make any necessary formatting changes. What is the final deadline?

Hi @MKT-Analytics - Here's my feedback.

You do not need to address it all at once, but you work on it whenever time permits.

1. Format: perfect.

I introduced a third level in the hierarchy to add more structure. I also added an agenda slide.

2. Content

3. Examples

4. References

@hannesdatta I confirm that I implemented all of your suggestions. Please, let me know if you have any other remarks. FYI I tried to reduce the amount of text, but in many cases, it's difficult to explain the topic in a few words.
