This is a cleaned up version of @K-sohooli 's regression methods and machine learning in Python branch.

It contains only the text.

@K-sohooli: You've got a lot of content here. We need to modify before it goes on the site. In particular, please make the following changes on this branch. Do not create a new one. Clone this repo, and change to this branch git checkout topic/ml-regression-methods

[ ] There's too much intro stuff that should be covered elsewhere. Please remove the following:
- [ ] Getting the data. No need to explain. Keep to 2 lines of text.
- [ ] Discover and visualize. Should be covered elsewhere on the site. Remove it all.
- [ ] Remove everything in the section looking for correlations
- Preprocessing. We will develop a new building block with this kind of content. Quickly explain what you do, but no more
- [ ] standardization: state what you do. Don't talk about alternatives. They should be discussed in a separate building block that we can develop later
- [ ] Selecting performance measures: as above. Don't explain here. Deserves its own page. Just tell us what you do.
[ ] Update the summary and intros to match with the shorter content.
[ ] Propose a new title. Something like "Implementing Regression ML Methods in Python"

Essentially there's more than one buiilding block worth of content here as-is. We need to get this down to the smallest digestable content for a reader.

merging as-is ... we'll revisit the content once more when we have the collection of building blocks around ML finalized to make sure they can be read together
