First draft of saving plots within R

Objective: "can you see whether there is anything valuable in this that you could add to existing plotting content?"

I noticed that information on ggsave was scattered and somewhat fragmented across various articles related to visualizations. To address this, I've created a dedicated article on the function to improve our coverage on the topic.

The article covers:

• A brief overview of how plots are saved with the use of Base R,
• A explanation of ggsave(), including its general usage and syntax, making it accessible to users unfamiliar with this function.
• An exploration of more sophisticated techniques and best practices for using ggsave(), designed for larger scale projects

Would like to hear your thoughts on it. For @hannesdatta I was thinking about the version control part in the article. While it is convenient for referring back to earlier plots, it is not useful when combining it with make-files, if you rerun them. Would like to hear your thoughts on it.
