Fix links and tables in several topics in website #1147

Hi @lachlandeer,

For my thesis I am reading the workflow topics on the website, in which I noticed some broken links and two tables that weren't really readable. I fixed them here, and added breaks to the tables such that you don't need to scroll anymore.
