Hi @alexandervossen,
I wrote an article on how to use Pandoc (Issue #1103) and updated the existing "Set up Pandoc" article. The two also include cross-references to each other now. I focussed on very simple examples to keep it easy to follow and highlighted some features I thought were the most interesting. The images won't display yet when locally rendering the website, but these are screenshots of the output that is generated when running the commands. I also updated the weights of other topics in the "Content Creation for Research" section, to make the order more logical.
Let me know if this is what you had in mind! And, any other ideas on what to include are very welcome. Thank you!
