[Feature]: display recent Github issues and PRs on tilburgsciencehub.com

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

To build a community, we need a place where we can show what happens on TSH's GitHub repos - directly on the landing page. Think about adding links to recent issues or a count for accepted PRs.

Deliverables:

• A viz sketch for how to embed it in the site
• Developing the API call and implementation in Flask.

This should somehow be part of the new landing page to get people to our repos. Like a feed. Moving it to the Flask page.
