add github star badges to software frameworks #26

Add GitHub badges as an indicator (of course imperfect) of how widely used the corresponding software frameworks are. It also serves as a direct link to the GitHub repositories + an indication that those frameworks are open source.

Some descriptions have been shortened a little bit to keep all fitting on one line.

@blokhin While I think there are certainly arguments for and against showing these, I've found them quite useful to get an idea of how widely used frameworks are. Let me know!
