to reproduce: make a new MD song, go to the bottom of the pattern, set cursor on SN1 and start mashing the keyboard. this was done in attempt to reproduce #1301 With any luck, sn3 and/or sn4 will get stuck, i.e infinitely play the sustained sound. to silence it, either stop button must be hit, or the same note must be hit

It is very hard to reproduce and likely happens on more systems. I had most success with YM2612 + SN76489
