86PCM is not in stereo #1575

The PCM DACs in the PC-9801-86 preset both have center panning.

86-PCM is just Burr-Brown PCM61P x 2 (which, to be honest, is actually 18-bit). I'm not fully sure how were they arranged on actual sound card

I'm sorry for wasting your time.

The only thing I could find for 86PCM's being in stereo was with the YM3433B, which I found from this website.
