So the problem is... furnace playing wrong instruments. It seems like whenever a note is being played it switches other channels' instruments to the instrument it is using. Rebooted a bunch of times, the problem didnt go away. It also looks like a pc specific problem, because i couldn't find anything related to this bug. Hope it gets fixed.
