this pull mainly does these 2 commits
-fix up the guide in ./po
-update build_/update_po.sh
the zh.po zh_HK.po is a placeholder containing nothing.
As they're still in alpha, and there're some graphical issues in say about.cpp gui.cpp resulting characters being "????"
I believe it's for the best interest to not have it leaked into releases for now.
