.xm import, Retrigger command got ignored. #2010

SnD - Net Meter 3.3b327 crk.xm.7z.zip

The drum sometimes on the 1st and a half beat of a bar would retrigger the SD, creating double strokes(sounds like triple...)...

Here's how it's looking in OpenMPT. E9x (Retrigger)

With 0C02 added at places, it's sounds closer.

of course, there's all the inherited issues with .xm import....
