• same as E1/E2 except it raises/lowers the note-on note by that amount, so you're authoring the end note rather than the start note
• trivial, throw away if not appealing, i figure this must come up all the time
• stupid simple but i think majorly useful?
• does nothing if not on same row as a note-on (i guess in a perfect world it would work but i think that would be chip-dependent, since it would need to alter pitch?)
