ow shit.zip module - at row 16, 4op changes to 2op, when pattern loops (and gets back to 4op mode), instrument is much quieter before returning to normal volume on next key on

Present on Nuked OPL3, didnt test YMF262-LLE or ymfm yet

tested the other cores - bug occurs in ymfm but not in YMF262-LLE.
