Update NixOS installation instructions #105

The current installation instructions for NixOS suggest using pasqui23's kwin-ll branch, which is several months out of date by now.

After making this PR to add kwin-lowlatency to upstream, the maintainers said that an overlay is probably the best way to go, so I made InternetUnexplorer/kwin-lowlatency-overlay. I also set up a binary cache using Cachix, although I haven't had a chance to test it yet.

While I can't make any guarantees, I plan on keeping it up-to-date for the foreseeable future. And since it's already much more up-to-date (and significantly easier to maintain) than the currently listed installation method, I thought it might make sense to make it the new installation method.

I'm closing this, as Plasma 5.21 has been merged to Nixpkgs master and there's (at the time of writing) no kwin-lowlatency 5.21 yet. Also, the latency improvements to KWin in 5.21 are good enough that I personally don't have much of a reason to use kwin-lowlatency anymore.

I think I'm the only person who is using this overlay, but if anyone else is using it and this is a problem for you, please let me know.
