Tock training tweaks #21

@alevy Are these things you can submit a quick PR for?

  1. Amit's photo is too big (it needs to be both cropped a bit to match the others and reduced to the regular size)
  2. Can we get a second two-sentence paragraph for Amit's training description that addresses who the appropriate audience is, like we have for Aaron and Nikos?
  3. Headline needs to be swapped to say "1-4 or 5pm" since they end at different times, or some other treatment on the specific classes to make this clear
