Add Silver Sponsor: OneSignal #38

Yes, this is the first sponsor at the Silver level :)

Logo options are an SVG or PNG.

We won't get the blurb until later so they can be added to the Sponsors page with the blurb content "Coming Soon!". For that page, this taller logo would probably look better, but unsure if you made it so we can put different logos in the footer and on the Sponsor page.

Given that all the other logos on that page are wide, it looks better to use the wide logo there too. The square logo feels out of place and doesn't get laid out correctly.
