The rules given on GitHub under the name "Talon" are a rewrite of the French Tarot game apparently adapted for use with Rider Waite Smith cards

My own "Talon" game below is mostly inspired by eastern European Tarock games with some influences from French, Swiss and other similar games to create options for 5 or 6 players. The reason I'm bringing up this issue is to be certain that I'm not infringing on copyrights or trademarks by using the name "Talon" for my own distinct tarot trick taking game.
