MapBox GeoData not appearing w/ Autopilot plugin installed #1216

While running through a QA for the latest TileMill help pages I ran into an issue with the 'Save & Style' feature in TileMill, operating with the Autopilot plugin installed.

Upon adding the natural-earth-1.4.0/cultural/10m-populated-places-simple.zip as #cities layer and hitting 'Save & Style' the following progression occurs, resulting in the layer not appearing when the Autopilot plugin is installed and only appearing after closing and reopening the project with the Autopiot plugin disabled.




Upon disabling the Autopilot plugin, the following progression occurs, resulting in the #cities layer only appearing after the project is saved, closed, and reopened - as mentioned above.

I can confirm this, the same happens to me.
