first try auth failure #1676

When to upload mbtiles, but was not logged in, so the UI requested I authorize the app. Did that and then was presented with this error:

Then went to settings and confirmed the failure: i was not authorized. So, clicked the authorize button in the settings and tried again and it worked.

/cc @willwhite in case he has any ideas.

another first run error on Windows 7 (perhaps due to a slow connection) leads to a messy meltdown:

In this case it also worked on the second try.

Hm not sure what could be causing these off hand. The first one is especially troublesome. What browser does TileMill on windows use again?

Chrome via Chromium Embedded Framework - not sure offhand what version.
