If this isn't possible, at least, a script/tool similar to gdal2tiles that can convert mbtile to TMS: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Tile_Map_Service_Specification

You can test out mbutil which aims to do what you're asking for.

The issue of direct export to TMS is already covered in #207
